If this is a quantifiable issue then perhaps its something for your BFTA rep to bring up at the next meeting.
It can't be defined as cheating as it isn't against the rules.
And you can't make someone else responsible for your card because you could always use that method to jeopardise someone else and it would probably come to blows, not a good idea I feel.
