My 2p, your national bfta grade should exclude regional scores and if you don't hand a card in you score 0.0001%
Hand the lot in, good, bad and the occasional kit failure, its just a game.
my thoughts exactly Dave, in WAFTA you get a 1 but this doesn't get added to the BFTA. Now i would say that all scores 1's and all get added to the rolling 20.
No doubt if that shooter had put in a winning score the card would be submitted, so have to agree all cards good or bad go in
