Silencer internals have all sorts of designs - some might act as an air stripper, some might not.

The bigger question is - has anyone got any proof that the turbulent air being 'stripped' off by an air stripper actually makes any difference to accuracy.
It's the recoil they can help with. Those that have trouble with good launches often perceive this as an accuracy improvement.
