If you're crazy enough and determined to shoot a springer competitively, stop trying to make a PCP out of it.
It has to recoil, that's why we love it.
A basic tune (if necessary for the LGU) and a good trigger is all you need. And lots of practice and experience in competitions.
I've had my best season this year with an inexpensive Vortek tuned 97 in a standard HW beech stock. But I shot many comps and I'm 100% confident that my rifle performs great and it does! The rest is in your head.
As long as there are no major problems with your gear, leave it as it is and shoot as much as you can.
