Remember you enter a group size and ranging error... shots are just as likely to go up as they do down. The mathematical effect of a wind behind or in front is tiny. It's like moving the target back and forwards a few inches.
It's like shooting over water or over tarmac... unproven voodoo and negligible at best compared to the effects of grouping and ranging and cant even when the wobbly bit of the shooter is removed.
