Every target is maintained prior to the shoot, and is then double checked by a second person when fitted in position.
On the morning of the shoot, they are all checked again just to make sure no debris from trees had dropped down during the night into the mechanism or fouling the strings etc!
From memory, resulting that NO whistles in either am or pm session in TWO of the last THREE GP's held there, and only just one whistle for a broken string at one of the sessions in the GP last year.
