Im pretty sure it was in the rules, You could find a clear lane and start where u wanted, the only problem with doing that was when u got back to lane 1 there was big que...as for taking a dim veiw if i remember rightly two people used to be half way round the course before 9 o'clock the actual start time at every winter league shoot....clean plates zero wind...!?? So if its being shot to the same rules as the old winter rules u can start when u want and where u want....!
