Good grief! Black inside a sunshade is basic no1 school boy stuff... It's like day one my first scope lesson 1. Don't make sunshade shiny and reflective if you are trying to cut down shine and reflection.
Makes you wonder what the inside of the scope is like!
There's some self adhesive felt flock stuff out there on a sheet which is what's used in camera shades on lenses way more expensive than rifle scopes. Not sure if it's weather proof. A start would be a matt black spray can.
Netting over end is probably for same reason as before. To mask the reflection of scope to other observers.
