I may be wrong but I feel the position is to precise to be watched and lee way is needed. And yes give and inch take a mile.

And when a big ugly northern gent turns up on your lane with a large shooting jacket , which goes right over the lower body and covers all those bits you are supposed to police . will you ask him to remove/lift said jacket so you can check the position ? hmmmmmmm ??? HOLLY
PS this will just gradually die away , through lack of interest .
