I'm using the Nikon Prostaff 3-9x40 with the BDC for HFT.
The BDC works for holdovers (see picture) but I find rangefinding using the bracketing method more difficult than with the mildot I was using before.
I does work because from the center to the bottom of the first circle is 1 mil and can be used. But the bottom of the circle is close to the top of the next and it makes the image somewhat cluttered.
Have to say i'm only an occasional Hunter FT shooter. I mostly shoot FT so I do not shoot or practice HFT a lot.
