I know nothing about the mk3's but if it does have a clamp i would loosen the grub screw's and let thing's centralise then retighten.
The S400 are well known for shifting when the barrel get's knocked hard and that's a result of the clamp.
If it does not have a clamp then you should be fine with your re-zero.

The Mk3 does have a figure of 8 clamp Simon. But I've already removed the two grubscrews, so that it is effecetively a floating barrel. This was done long before I dropped it.

I've included 'Don't drop the rifle' into my mantra Holly. It seems to be working. I woke up at 5 o'clock this morning, chanting 'Don't drop ......'
