And there's the problem. The rules define what a position is. If you're following that definition, then you're not in that position.

Defining freestyle as sitting still requires a definition.

Common sense says what standing and sitting look like. But as kneeling shows, there's a whole host of 'can i do this' interpretations that aren't against the rules, but aren't what many consider to be in the spirit of shooting that position.

And given the time it's taken to define a kneeling position, it's going to take some time to sort out the rest.

It's not an easy one to crack.

If you are laying flat on the ground, you could be in the supine position...
