I have had my Skan ultra chronoscope now for about 3 years.
Ever since ive had this I have had problems getting it to communicate with my PC eiither desktop or laptop
I have used the software which comes with it along with the drivers
Sometimes it would work and sometimes not
I tried to use this last Thursdayand only once since then have I managed to get communication (tried to get it to work about 30 times) plugging it into different USB ports on both desktop and laptop
On the occasion I got it to work it was too late by then to use it as this was now about 5 hours later, I thought cracked it, but the next day same thing again. Just not communicating
Does anyone know who to contact in order to get this returned to company who makes them.
The only reference I can find is to ordering.
