If you are aware of some basic physics and know how proper stance and shoot release should work you get an instant feedback on what you do ok and what needs tweaking.
Sure, but you need to understand what you are looking at and understand/know proper technique to get the best out of the system. I can see the value and love technology but struggle with the analyse and correction side as I'm no expert and as we all know, what suits one person doesn't suit another.
