Personnaly I find the real close targets harder to range find accuratly than longer ones and the difference with these are that instead of being able to play the odds with aim points you have to be so critical, for example the difference for me is 15 yrds= on my crosshairs/8yrds=2 milldot holdover, therefore if I don't get it perfect I miss.....simple.True you don't get the usual added trouble with wind at this distance but providing there is no danger from the target being so close then I think they become a valid and testing target.
