Steyr barrels should be cleaned every Halley's Comet sighting and not before.
I would agree with you BUT . the very first time i qualified for the showdown back in 1900 and frozen to death . i went all the way up to near manchester in a borrowed car on my jack . got there zeroed in . on my first shoot against dave welham got knocked out , but it was close and was looking forward to the plate where i hoped to do better . well to cut a long story short , the barrel chose that time to go off and i got slaughtered . lesson learnt . my barrel gets pulled through after every shoot , spotless . if the gun does not like that . gone , end of . ???
