Your English is great mateThe beauty of a Harris,Jono rail is you can spec.the height you require.Steyrs offering was never high enough for me and I've not had a Taylor rail so I can't comment on his.
My preference are Jon Harris rails,best advice I can give is try to mock a scope height you feel comfortable with(head position)using riser blocks and mounts,then get a rail made to that height,if you tell Jon what scope you are mounting he will build angle into the rail.
Oh and don't use tie wraps to fasten it on
