Emailing bfta card holders direct would probably blow the 500 emails per hour limit we have on the bfta server but assuming they queued it could be done. Or we just set up a mass mail account.

That way, assuming people keep the bfta up to date with their email addresses they can be kept informed and then take their views to the regional rep to pass back up.
All easily doable chap. It might put a bit of a workload on the regional reps though, having to read and reply to the email responses they get as a result. It would certainly be a step in the right direction.
