Csfta send it out to the sec who sends it to each club's csfta rep. So that and the new draft agenda should all be in their hands.
What the bfta could do is email those club reps or secs as well as the regional reps.
Emailing bfta card holders direct would probably blow the 500 emails per hour limit we have on the bfta server but assuming they queued it could be done. Or we just set up a mass mail account.
That way, assuming people keep the bfta up to date with their email addresses they can be kept informed and then take their views to the regional rep to pass back up.
