First, I agree with Shaun's proposal.

Second, the January EGM can have new motions which will take effect at a specified date and motions passed at the AGM can themselves be reviewed or amended as the committee sees fit based on feedback from the regions.

The Main and GP Shoot rules will be presented and approved following discussion and amendments.

The AGM has specific items which must be dealt with (e.g. Treasurer's annual report, elections) but it is not the only time when motions can be tabled.

Making final rules in good time for the 2014 summer season is the primary concern of all those that volunteer their time for the committee. The next couple of weeks is critical if you want to provide text for motions for the region reps to put forward. The Agenda will be final as from Dec 27th.
