hI there are loads of places that are doing, the coatings now as you have probably found out, and once they have seen the scope the price may change with the amount of work envolved as it did with mine stock, because of the prep work etc. I had my stock done, and it was expensive in my eyes but not in others but others have asked me it it cost 50 i wish, but it does look good, but at the end of the day its the stocks shape that makes the differance. but i can understand why you want to try it with your scope, Just make sure you have a solid quote and follow it through. if thats any help.
