Default Pondering Parallax error again - what if.....

Definately missed one at weekend due to parallax error, thought about it before pulling the trigger, I knew the cheek weld was not right and the shot was just inside the close "blurr" so was suceptible to it - but still pulled the trigger - got what I deserved

Will not happen again....but it got me thinking again.

Could something along the lines of the Accucover principal be built into a scope

Would it be posibble to have a SFP ret with hash marks all the way to the edge of the sight picture, then also have a FFP circle which would mean as the zoom is changed this circle would shrink/grow but if the eye was moved so that the circle was always centred/concentric on the SFP reticle then parallax error is removed

Over to the optics boffins on here
...the statements, opinions and comments in the post above are from someone who has never won anything and probably never will, just an enthusiastic air gunner, for those here who only place value in the opinions of winners - move along to the next post ... LL MRE
