I don't think that you will find it cheap to "re -anodize " a scope.
It would mean stripping the scope down to get all the ally parts separated then the black coat has to be removed by reversing the anodizing (which will also remove some of the ally) making it slightly smaller then re-anodizing it in " clear " to obtain the silver look you want.
You would find that the threads would now be slightly slacker as all the components are now smaller in all their dimensions,
In short go to Hydro Graphics, he's NOT QUICK but does a very good job. I had a big Nikko done in "carbon " look and it was great !!
