I have problems with my back as well (DDD in L4/5 & L5/S1 discs) & the sitting position was something that worried me, then I found out you can pretty much sit however you like & that has helped as I have found a comfortable position for me. A few tweaks to the stock on the PT (once I get it) & I think it will help steady me.

What I do find sometimes is being a lefty some courses feel awkward, especially if they are sloped as they have usually been set by right handed shooters & where they may be leaning into a shot, I'll be falling backwards, lol, those are the ones I have to be careful on.

Really appreciate everyone's input into this thread, it's been a real help, from the seasoned shooters, to novices like myself
