Slightly seriously though … metric elevation turrets tend to be more coarse.
Most have 1/10th mil clicks.
There are approx 3.44 MOA in 1 Milrad (one mil dot) so each metric click is .344MOA.
Non-metric scopes are often either 1/4" at 100yds or 1/4MOA clicks (Shooter's MOA vs. true MOA) so the metric turret clicks will be coarser and designed for long range targets. So
0.25MOA vs 0.34MOA
It may mean that you can't quite dial exactly for say 55yds and have to dial and give it a bit :-)
Plenty good enough for air gun but F-Class or bench rest folk would probably prefer 1/8MOA turret clicks (0.125MOA).
