Maybe Rob has some theories.. I'm not sure what conclusion to draw from the new data - it's looking like the original theory might not be such a good one after all.
Really need to test indoors, to separate the data. If testing for wind, test for that. If testing for group, remove that. A 40fps that's been twitched by a human is a sample of one not to draw conclusions from. Could be anything, chrono error even. If you're seeing 10/20 40fps going through the same hole, it's safer to draw conclusions from that amount of data. Might be worth clamping up the rig to see what happens.
