Default Coaching and encouragement.

Coaching on the firing line to new shooters should be allowed. A good mix up of grades per lane IMO is the way to go. The new or novice shooter would be alongside a "AA" and a "A" grade shooter to gain experience and pointers on the course in their First season only, after their first season of shooting they should have a good idea of what it's all about. I for one have coached many of lower grade shooter on the firing line, because it's not enjoyable for me to watch them miss loads of targets.
