This was a major factor in my poi shifts and needed to be loctited to stop it moving. In the 3 GPs I did and perhaps 1-200 shots outside of them it had gone from being done up so tight that I feared the threads would strip to being 3 turns loose. From the outside though the bolt going through the trigger guard was still tight meaning your need to drop the stock to discover it. It was also loose when I dropped the stock after the springer champs at Anston.
Nick loctited it and she held all through Germany. I was carrying and additional poi issue with the scope but when that was solved she didn't move in 4 days of shooting, which is a record for the rig.
I'm looking forward to doing a decent set of numbers on the plinking range now. All bolts are in and hopefully the woes are behind me. So I need to think of some other excuses.
