My thoughts.

Teams of different grades only really benefit the larger clubs where there are more shooters to choose from or those that have less AA/A grades. The handicap system works well and should be kept.
Teams with a pool also benefits the larger clubs. They just pick the 6-8 best.

Shotgun start i like. Means bodies at end for helping clear up as well. Understand those clubs on periphery of region may struggle to get to the other side so perhaps each club is allowed one shoot where they don't have to be there for 10 but say must be shooting by 10:30?

Clocks. Yes please. With a shotgun it's easier to organise.

Perhaps teams of 4. Make 3 permanent members and one wild card that isn't in another team as a permanent member. One round dropped.
