Why isn't it an answer?

We shoot HFT at tawd vale as PaulD mentioned, courses are set to UKAHFT spec but for those who don't like getting muddy, can't go prone due to health or just don't fancy it they can shoot sitting. It's done so we don't have people standing round waiting for us to be done on comp days.

If they can't see the target sitting they have to accept that but I don't think its happened yet... All other UKAHFT rules stand.
