Easily done Adam the shafts just glued in to the brass. In fact its easier and quicker to yank the whole hub off then dismantle, glue steel shaft back in to brass.
Even with a two pronged tool it will keep rotating and not undo unless already taken apart.
Central screw goes in to steel shaft.
Outer tensioner does nothing to free off, its the excessive grip of the two o rings to mask the backlash.
Then shim backlash out.
