Default GP at Redfearn FTC Something you need to know.

If you are coming to the GP you might find the bottom of Jebb Lane blocked by jobs worths in yellow jacket. There is a Triathlon taking place at Pugneys Waterpark, Wakefield the same day and Jebb Lane forms part of the cycle route, they make the lane one way for several hours.

The best diversion is to go past Jebb Lane towards Huddersfield, straight across the first roundabout (the entrance to Bretton Park) at the next roundabout turn left on the A636 Denby Dale Road towards Denby Dale. You will pass a junction on the right signed Emley, some 700 hundred yard further on take the next left into Litherop Lane, signed High Hoyland. Take it steady as its easy to miss the junction if you have a bit of pace on. Stay on Lintherop Lane,( which becomes Litherop Road) for about 1 mile and take the first left into the top of Jebb Lane. The diversion is about 6 miles long.

If you know the area you can go up Churchfield Lane, Darton into High Hoyland, turn right before the Cherry Tree onto Church Lane, Litherop Rd then right into Jebb Lane.
