I always check my vertical zero at 30yds at the start of a shoot as it does change, if you think about it, a springer draws in air at ambient temp/pressure/density/humidity, whereas a precharge is taking it's air from a sealed source independent of ambient.

I seem to recall Rob discussing "Density Altitude" on a previous thread, would it be logical to assume this could have a greater effect on a springer that uses ambient air to function?
