EVERY club needs to have a current in date insurance certificate/document visible either on sign in desk or attached to a wall. If its not there the cant take place!
Shooters signing in need to have their current club membership card with them to prove they are a member of a club, which is in a region affiliated to the BFTA. If not their score doesn't count!

Not all clubs issue them, infact I would guss the majority dont. What happens if someone has driven from one side of the country to another, or flown in your case for gp and finds they forgot the card? do we say no entry!
Every club hosting a regional shoot needs to show its regional sec /committee they have insurance yes, i am sure all do.
Every club hosting a BFTa event needs to show they have insurance, all do.
No need for more cards, or come to that the bfta physical card really as we operate on a more up to date list of paid up shooters at Bfta events.
