There was a rule passed that now allows a kneeing lane to be taken standeing so all those that cant kneel, cant stand for the lane.
Thats to avoid having shooters who cant kneel needing to see the chief marshall, least I think that was the reason?
As pointed out before simon,it does not matter what's been passed.
They will have a date that bring's them into force,so are those rule's in force now or just passed?
Why we are talking rule's,can a bag that measure's 100mm when squashed between two boards be folded in two?
It's ok to fold your bag up to support the ankle when kneeling,so can you double the bag over to sit on?
Can not find any mention of it in the rule's.
My thought on the main question are,only the sitting shot's are free style.
If it say's kneeling lane then that's what it is.
