As Dave says my March had spots of mud on the front lens after a quagmire FT shoot at Byley today! I shot the last three lanes with around 8 mil dots of differing sizes in places where you wouldn't normally get mil dots I didn't dare try and clean at the shoot in case i scratched the glass so when i got home i phoned Master Yoda up for advice and he suggested throwing a cup of warm soapy water into the front of the scope and then letting it dry in a warm room. Cleaned it normally with the same Spec savers cloth and fluid i use on me specs. Job done
