Judging by your spelling, grammar and pronunciation, I was not the only one at the back of the class.
Now, to answer your questions. I have shot both rifles you are asking about, both of them belonging to Jon Harris, or in his possession. The 9003 is a fine rifle, and the one that Jon has is very nice to handle and shoot.....but he has it in a custom laminate stock which I prefer. The new 800 in my opinion has the better firing cycle and is sweeter to shoot...but I don't like the stock it's in. The 800 is totally dead...deader than my Steyr. So if you can afford both then I would suggest you get them both and try them for yourself, get Jon to do all the mods you require, put them in custom stocks to see if they handle better, then in a years time or so you can delight us with your own comparisons between the 2 with a lengthy in depth analysis of them.
