Exclamation Silencers illegal in Germany

NOTE: Silencers, even for air rifles with a muzzle energy of more than 7.5 J are in practice prohibited in Germany except citizens who have a very hard to obtain permission which will be never edited for you. So, remove your silencers before travelling to Germany. We are obliged to inform you about that because otherwise you may have severe difficulties including legal consequences. With a silencer you travel on your own risk !

I have tried unsuccessfully to get a clear response from the BDS about this except to say you travel at your own risk. I am raising it with the WFTF, but having dealt with other issues already I don't think there are any chances of this being reversed.

As far as I know the 97K is sold with the same fore-end in Germany as it is in the UK, and is difficult to remove, but I cannot find an xray of the internals or get an answer of what qualifies as a silencer. I'm not sure about the TX200 or bull barrels either.
