Get down to your club and ask an experienced top grade shooter, no one on here will be able to answer your question without seeing you hold the gun in each position.
It depends on didy dimensions like body type, build, shoulder size, length of neck, height of scope, depth of forend, and of course the angle if the target.

For me, I constantly move mine to suit the terrain and target.

I never used to move mine until 2.5yrs ago when I had a debilitating shoulder problem which when traced by physio came from an incorrectly positioned butt hook.
